CIPP Liner Production Line
What is CIPP Fiber Liner Hose
Cured-in-place pipe lining, or CIPP, is a modern-day trenchless solution for rehabilitating damaged underground drains, sewer and portal water lines without the need for excavation.
It begins with magicians performing a video inspection of the pipe system to locate the damage. After identifying the damage, jetting or the use of high-pressure water jets is performed to clean the pipe. Then insert a flexible CIPP liner hose made of resin-impregnated fabric into the damaged pipe, which is inflated and cured using heat (steam or hot water) or UV light. Finally, the liner is deflated, leaving a new pipe inside.
Cured-in-place pipelining process to restore pipe structural integrity, eliminate infiltration and root ingress, protect pipelines from chemical attack, improve water quality and increase pipeline flow capacity.
Main Attributes of Cured-in-Place Pipe Lining?
There are particular attributes make CIPP trenchless technology particularly desirable:
Cost-Effective
CIPP lining's positive reception is due to its perceptual cost-effectiveness Pipe lining services cost more upfront on average but are more affordable in the long run.
The following items will further explain the cost-effective nature of CIPP lining
Big range: Diameter from 6” (150mm) to 78” (2000mm), and in thicknesses from 2.4mm to 18mm in 1mm increments.
Fast and efficient
CIPP lining is a fast and efficient pipe line rehabilitating method. Contrary to traditional practices, CIPP is completed in several hours. Less time for the project indicates fewer labor costs.
Renovation of pipelines that are inaccessible for traditional excavation methods
Unlike traditional methods, CIPP lining does not require the excavation of yard, pavement or driveway.
Long-lasting: Fully structural repair designed to be a 50-year solution
Useful for various applications: Glass matrix in the lining material increases structural strength, mitigates shrinkage and allows for a thin wall to repair the cast-iron pipe, concrete pipe or plastic pipe.
Low coefficient of friction improves flow efficiency.
Eliminates disruption to traffic caused by open excavation.
Can be used immediately after installation.
CIPP Fiber Liner Hose Production Line
This production line adopts the latest technology to produce the CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe) fiber liner hose. The online fully automatic and high precision resin metering and mixing system, fully automatic powerful vacuum system, ultra-flat impregnation and flatting system to ensure the high production speed, fully impregnation of fiber and resin, uniform thickness and lower resin consumption.
(1)Dry Liner Production
The dry liner machine fold inner film, multi-layer fiber fabric, non-woven fabric and outer film into dry CIPP liner hose automatically.
(2)High precision and automatic metering and mixing system
The system is equipped individual raw material supplying unit, and water heating constant temperature tank to keep stable the resin viscosity. The resin and additives is metered, mixed and injected to the dry CIPP liner high precisely by full closed high precision metering pump.
3)Strong vacuum and resin injection
Fully automatic powerful vacuum pump system what is equipped several vacuum pumps what works automatically and are controlled by PLC. This system guarantee the vacuum of dry CIPP liner before resin injection, also improve the impregnation of fiber and resin.
(4)Liner Flatten
With ultra-flat platform and multi automatic flatten trolleys to flatten the CIPP liner with resin in order to make the liner thickness uniform and fully impregnated.
(5)Finishing
To cut and seal the impregnated liner according to the customer’s required length.
(6)Folded and package
Qualified finished product will be folded in the wooden package.
