High Performance Single Screw Extruder
Optimized dual-wave-spiral screw design, suitable for variety of polyolefin material, homogeneous melt, uniform mixing, and lower melt temperature.
The special design converse spiral groove feeding bush suits the screw structure ensures the steady and reliable production. The feeding bush is with forced cooling system.
High output, lower power consumption, the nominal ratio of output and power : 0.16-0.2 Kw/(kg/h)
Equipped high quality heating system and temperature control system, the precision is high, and service life is long.
