Multi-layer Plastic Compositing Construction Template Production Line

The new type of plastic composite construction template, it's main material is recycled plastic and compositing with filler, wood saw dust and with fiber glass net as the reinforcement. Compared to the traditional wooded template and other plastic template, it has features as follow:

1. Due to the fiver layer structure and two layer fiber glass reinforced layer, the strength is high and dimension is stable

2. Water-proofing. It is incompatible and non-sticky to cement, easy to scaling off mold, and won't be distortion for cement sticking.

3. It has high efficient construction and good quality .The surface of building which it used for is smooth and flat so you don't have to redecorate.

4. It saved procedures and improved construction efficiency. You can also do pretreatment to the formwork surface and get the decorated wall which you wanted.

5. Light and easy to use.

6. long service life and can be used for many times. The final damaged formwork also can be crushed to be recycled, it saved resource and up to the "green industry".

7. It has good temperature preservation and can short construction period.

8. It can be treated just like wood by many ways, also can be welded, so you can reprocessed neatly.

The five layers of the sheet have been extruded and laminated at the same time by three sets of extruders, three sets of T-die and two layer fiber glass net uncoiling units. So the thickness of each layer is uniform and bonding between each two layer is reliable. The fiber glass reinforcement layer is laminated between skin layer and middle layer, and bonding together with two layers, it ensure the reinforcement effect is high.

The three roller stack system is equipped with precision temperature control system and the multi sets of cooling roller system is equipped on the cooling frame. These units ensure the template flat, dimension is stable.

The production line is equipped with automatic edge trimming unit and cutting unit. It can make variety of width and length of board.

The complete line is controlled by integrated control system, easy to operate.
